Ursula will ask you about your health history and what supports your health before inviting you to lie fully clothed on a treatment table (similar to a massage table). With your consent, Ursula will make gentle contact with your body, usually beginning at the ankles. Clients report a deep relaxation and often a tingling or releasing and/or slight temperature changes. The therapist touch is light and respectful. There is never any pressure, manipulation or force.

You remain fully dressed during BCST sessions, so simply wear clothes you feel comfortable in that can allow you to climb onto the therapy bed. You will be covered by a blanket/sheet, depending on your preference, throughout the session.

Many people describe feelings of calmness and peacefulness after BCST sessions, and sense greater connection with their body or emotions. Sometimes you may feel emotionally tender after sessions, or occasionally notice some fatigue or in some cases feel more energised. These responses are normal, and indications that the treatment process is supporting internal shifts and healing. I recommended taking things easy after sessions, resting if needed. Clients also report feeling deeply listened to on many levels.
-
As your experience with BCST is unique to you, the number and frequency of sessions depends on your individual needs. Some people feel a change after just one session while others, especially if they experienced trauma in their life, may require more regular treatments.
In our first session we will chat about what’s brought you to BCST and what number and frequency of sessions might support you best.
